Our Process

That keeps you comfortable in your home during your renovation.

Initial Inquiry

We start by requesting photos of your current kitchen or bathroom. Once received and we understand the scope and scale of the project, we'll connect over the phone. On the phone, we'll talk through style, features, budgets, and stakeholders.

In Person Consultation

($150, creditable toward the final bill)

In this step we'll finalize the layout of your kitchen or bathroom and the full scope of the project. After confirming measurements we will provide you with a final quote to complete your project.

Project Delivery

We want to make sure your project is delivered as efficiently as possible. To do that we will wait until all the finished materials are ordered and do everything we can to have everything arrive on time. This will ensure a smooth installation without delays.

Ballpark Estimate

Based on the photos and a chat on the phone, we'll provide you with a rough estimate and timeline for your project. If the estimate meets your budget and the timeline works for you, then we will move forward with an in-person consultation.

Full Service Design

(Optional)

With the full service design option, we will create a 3D model of your project so you can review all of the details before we get started. We will also accompany you when making product selections to help you make the best decisions for your space.

Project Completion

After your kitchen or bathroom is installed we know you'll be overjoyed, but we want to make sure. We will do a full walk through with you to answer any questions and address any concerns. Only once you are 100% satisfied will we ask for the final payment.
